Adam & Janelle - 28 Dec 2007

This is one of the series that I'm very happy with, do check it out, I'm not going to say more :)

Nothing seems more apt than using "Butterfly Kisses" as the track for the slideshow, check it out!

My favourite photo from their series:

PS: I'll be doing a photoshoot with Ian (who happened to be the bestman for Adam) and Gloria in Melbourne ;)

Love is in the air (Fiona & Allen - 22 Dec 2007)

If only every wedding is going to take place in one location, I seriously don't mind!

Spent the whole day at 1-degree 15 at Sentosa to document Fiona & Allen's wedding day (the couple whom I shot in Adelaide) and here's one of the shot that I like.

Got a neckache for the rest of the week, thanks to the contorted position required to shoot them from another of these rids. But looking at the final photos, it's all worth it!

Kelly & Stefan - 16 Dec 2007

This is a really traditional wedding and the bride Kelly is from Hong Kong, thus explains the traditional gowns worn by the groom (yes, the groom). I had lots of fun with this shoot :)

Stefan, the groom (My assistant photographer almost couldn't recognise him when he opened the door for him)

Tze Fong & Jessie - 09 Dec 2007

This is going to one helluva month :)

Never knew that my groom would play Chopin's Etude on the piano for his gate crashing session!

This ain't a posed shot (I just happened to shoot behind the altar)

Wee Sien & Suet Yee, 08 Dec 2007

I've got lots of things to update everyone, but have decided to take it one at a time ;)

Some highlights from this very bubbly couple that I took last Saturday:

One of the quirky pictures I like a lot

Variation on a theme (of a bouquet)

More bouquet... (I've got lots more of this, don't ask me why the sudden obsession with flowers)

The lovely bride....

...and of course, the lovely couple, taken just before we proceed to My Humble House for dinner
Congrats once again Wee Sien & Suet Yee! :)

Sophie & Kelvin, 24 Nov 2007

One of the biggest challenges for me as a wedding photographer is to capture the human moment that is spontaneous, unrehearsed and most importantly, undictated by me.

I'm very glad to be able to document some of these unique moments from last saturday's wedding:

Role reversal. Bride's sister getting made up.

Bride and her mother. I just love this picture.

On of the portraits we took at the church.

Congratulations again to Sophie and Kelvin, I look forward to the wedding in KL! :)

Eugene & Ping, 17 Nov 2007

Last weekend was a wedding that spanned across Johor Bahru and Singapore. We stayed over at Hyatt Regency the day before (food was damn good there) and the whole event was not only fun, but full of many heartfelt moments.

The wedding reception took place in Singapore, at Mandai Orchid Garden with a beautiful setting. The entire feel of the wedding had a really child-like quality to it, and that made it really special.

Price to pay for being the groom's best friend.

Emotional moment during the Tea Ceremony.

A quiet moment.

The mother of the groom. I just love this picture, everyone wants a mum like that.

One of the flower boys. Yes, no typo here.

Was lucky to have such nice light on the brides maid, who was recording the beautiful vows that the bride and groom wrote for each other.

Couple's first dance

Laughing with the couple. I want pictures of them laughing with me because something funny happened during the event; if I were to induce laughter, then they're laughing at me, not laughing with me.
Congratulations to Ping and Eugene. You guys were great and thanks for the wonderful opportunity! :)

Denise & Joseph, 20 Oct 2007

This is my 6th successive wedding in a row over the past weeks, and I'm really glad because 1) I'm taking a break this weekend 2) I can't wait to work on the rest of the images from this series!

The couple and their bridal party are a fun lot of folks, and plus the heart-felt moments really made this series an enjoyable one to capture.
